This website was created by and for the residents of the Bolivar Heights neighbourhood in Surrey, B.C. Canada.

The goal of this website is to link residents together in neighbourhood activities and share the responsibilities of maintaining and protecting our community through communication amongst ourselves, local businesses and the City of Surrey.

Our Mission:

As the neighbourhood organization advocating for Bolivar Heights residents we will achieve our goals through collaboration with our members and other partners to create a safe and liveable neighbourhood.

Our Guiding Principles and Core Beliefs:

1. Residents of all ages should be able to walk on the streets of Bolivar Heights anytime of the day or night and feel safe.
2. Caring, cooperative citizens can create a liveable community.
3. We respect the abilities and limitations of citizens to participate in their community.
4. We have faith that a small group of thoughtful and committed citizens can change our community.
5. Clear communication and collaboration is essential to our on-going success.
6. Through integrity and determination, we will achieve our goals.
