Bolivar Heights is bounded by the area of King George Highway to 144th to 136 Avenue. The area is home to home roughly 3,000 people and is home to 2 major parks, 2 elementary schools (Jamies Ardiel and Surrey Traditional School).
The Bolivar Heights Community Association (BCHA) is a non-profit, membership-driven societhat cares about our neighbourhood and brings neighbourhood concerns to City Hall, sometimes in partnership with other community community groups.
