Not getting any alerts

Hi.
I am not getting any BHCA alerts.
Not sure why this is happening.
I was forwarding them to Ursula and Donna, as
they did not get them either. I would like to
know why this is happening, and can it be
corrected please.

I assume you are referring to alerts when a new topic is posted?

Im not sure why this isnt happening. I received an alert last week so some alerts are getting through.

I would have to try to determine where the failing point is - can you please confirm which topics you have subscribed to and then I can run some tests.

When I log on, I see many new topics altho I am not getting them on my regular email.

Hi Wendy. Ive checked your profile and you are only signed up to receive notifications on the topic "Criminal Activity".

You can add more notifications in your profile setting. Maybe some settings were lost some time ago? Not sure - please let me know if you received notifications today for the new topics added under this board.
