The Bolivar Heights Community Association (BHCA) is a non-profit society that plays an active role in improving the quality of life of our wonderful downtown neighbourhood – Bolivar Heights, located in one of the fastest growing cities in Canada – Surrey British Columbia.
Bolivar Heights is a neighbourhood filled with community spirit and is quickly growing.
