Bolivar Heights is an evolving primarily residential neighbourhood with two elementary schools, located North of Surrey City Centre, which features beautiful views of the North Shore Mountains, Coquitlam, and the city lights of New Westminister. There are two sizable City of Surrey parks located in Bolivar Heights (BH). In the northwest of BH there is Bolivar Park which features a new children’s playground in Upper Bolivar Park with beautiful views, and there is an “Off-leash Dog Park” in the Lower Bolivar Park. Running along the eastern boundary of BH is the 92.5 acre natural forest park of Invergarry Park which features many walking and biking trails as well as riparian creek habitat.

Bolivar Heights was recently rated as one of the “Top 100 Neighbourhoods in Canada to Invest” for 2017 according to the “Canadian Real Estate Wealth” survey done for 2017. Link below.
