The Whalley Improvement Comm. Assoc. hosts a morning meeting once per month from 7:30~8:30 AM.
Lots to talk about. Currently chatting about what to do with the old Grosvenor Empty lot - ideas include Farmers Market etc.
(noticed a nice walking path through it right now)...
Hmmm - my ideas:
-community garden
-water park
-dog park
-farmers market / seasonal markets
-outdoor music venue / artist display
