Are you wondering why the time in the upper right hand corner seems like we should be in Toronto or something?
Most forums arent necessarily expected to be local based - ie very central to one group of people in the same time zone.
If you would like to change your date setting so the time matches your local time - here are the steps:
Profile ->
Look and Layout Preferences ->
Time Offset.
You can either change the number to -3 or just press the autodetect button
beside the text box.
After changing the time offset, be sure to press the change profile button
in the bottom right.
